Are these genuine Panasonic units?
Yes. Every split system we sell is genuine, brand-new Panasonic stock, sold sealed in original manufacturer packaging.
Is the price on the range the whole job?
Yes. Every price on the range is the unit and a standard installation, inc GST. A standard installation is single level, with up to 5 metres of pipework between the indoor and outdoor unit; multi-storey or apartment access adds $100. If your place needs more than that — a longer pipe run, a new circuit, awkward access — we tell you what it costs before we start. Nothing is added on the day. If you have your own installer you can switch the range to units only and buy the box on its own.
How does payment work for a supply and install job?
Nothing is charged on the website. You pick the day that suits, place the order, and we call to confirm the day and the job. We take payment for the unit on that call, which confirms the booking, and the installation is invoiced once the job is done.
How soon can you install?
We do one install a day, weekdays, and we need five business days to get your unit in — so the earliest day you can pick is five business days out. The day you choose is held for you until we call to confirm it.
Who actually does the installation?
Our own people, not subcontractors. Licensed electricians and ARCtick refrigeration technicians — ESO Lic. 78216, ARCtick Lic. L082955 — insured to $10M public liability, working in Brisbane since 2012.
What warranty comes with it?
Five years on the unit from Panasonic, and five years on our workmanship. Buying at trade pricing does not affect your manufacturer cover — register the unit with Panasonic after installation. See our warranty policy for the detail.
Do you deliver units on their own?
Yes, inside the Brisbane metro area (postcodes 4000–4179): $50 for one unit, free for two or more. We do not take unit-only orders outside that area through the website — freight on a single split system is most of the margin on the box, so that conversation is better had on the phone. Can installers or trades buy from you?
Yes — a good number of our customers are licensed installers buying units for client jobs. Register a free trade account for trade pricing and free delivery on orders of four or more units.
